To ensure hygiene standards, items must be returned in their original luxury packaging with all seals intact.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original box, including all promotional materials and the printed Return Authorization form provided by our team.

  Ship to Our Atelier

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our laboratory verifies the condition of the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
